DIY experiment
Jimmy has been eyeing these olives at the Farmer's market.. He wants to photograph them and try brining them too.

He's going to put them in a bowl of salt water to sit in the fridge for at least a week.

This experiment didn't work out too well. Olives were extremely biter. I am gonna make sure I buy "edible" variety next time. I doubt the vendor at Farmer's Market would even know what variety olive they sold me. It was fun, at least.
